Flatmate needed for a single room in a 3 BHK DDA apartment based out of Sarita Vihar. Below are the details for the same.
Rent – ₹8700 per person (₹200 for water included)
Maid- ₹2000 p.p, Internet- 200 GB@ ₹1000 approx p.p, Security- 2⃣ months rent (rent agreement will be provided).
Grocery/Electricity/Maintenance will be shared.
No landlord interference, till the time you invite trouble. We are working professionals, so would prefer the same. We have a fully functional kitchen (veg/non veg) and the person shouldn’t have problem from Smoking 🚬 and drinking 🍸.

NOTE: No furniture /AC would be provided for your room, but you can buy(as seen in the picture) it from the last Flatmate and the room has a Double Door Closet
