Looking for a female flatmate to take over my room from mid July onwards. The flat is fully furnished (and in good taste too!), and is on the 7th floor with a balcony and a view. It is inside a secure gated complex and has lots of greenery around. The room comes with an attached bathroom and has a double bed, work table, bedside stand, and an AC. It is fully functional with regular cook and maid and chilled out but responsible flatmates, so you only need to bring yourself.
Plus, there is no landlord interference and all utility bills are paid independently.
