Looking for a female occupant in the Chikkajala area in Bangalore. I’ll be vacating my room in a 3bhk apartment in Vasanth Vihar Army Layout mid-September. The house is on the 3rd floor, the room available has a changing room, closet, and attached bathroom. There are 2 other female occupants in the other 2 rooms. It has a furnished kitchen (with chimney), 2 common balconies from the living room, wifi connection, and a sofa set. 24/7 security, power backup, 1 car parking space (or 2 bikes), and has a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and grocery store within the gated community. Expected rent is Rs. 4,167 and advance is Rs. 10,000.
